Pratis.net is operating in the area of electronic purchasing and offering services to its customers since 2001. Pratis.net is founded as an affiliate of Akbank and started its operations as of June 2002. Until August 2004 it continues to develop in the structure of Bimsa A.Ş. within the framework of the investments of Sabancı Holding in information technologies and keeps to make efforts to become the leading company of its field,

Our customer profile is made up of large scale companies that wish to support their purchasing processes with technology and to benefit from the advantages of e-purchasing applications, plus the vendor companies that supply goods and services to these large scale companies.

Our customers can actualize the process over our platform starting with the investigation of the prices of the goods and services they wish to purchase and ending by the purchase order. A rather large spectrum of commercial activities from the trade of promotion material, to workers’ uniforms, car renting services, overland and maritime transportation services, ball bearings and information system hardware are actualized over Pratis.net. 

The number of our customers that actualize their purchasing processes over pratis.net is increasing in time and this increase is being accompanied by a larger vendor pool that provide goods and services to the purchasing companies. 

As Pratis.net we offer services to *45 member purchasing companies and we have * 4500+ vendor companies offering goods and services in *98 different areas.      (*as of the end of 2007)

e-Purchasing Management
Sharing of the negotiation information related to the planned purchasing processes, identification of the vendors to be invited, the envisioning and realization of e-offer collection, the creation of the e-tender in accordance with the received offers, opening and management of the e-tender, monitoring the purchasing company and the tender and the presentation of the tender reports to the purchasing company after the tender is being made by Pratis.net.
Thus, Pratis.net aims to offer solutions to its customers towards their needs by utilizing its accumulated e-tender information gained during the projects realized within its structure.

e-Purchasing Platform
Our customers can access all services offered by e-Purchasing Platform through use of their use-names and passwords and manage their purchasing processes over Pratis.Net platform, also by using the applications over the platform they can perform their purchasing transactions.   Pratis.net users can collect offers, open tenders, make catalogues of long-term contracts and give orders over the catalogue and access any reports instantly by using the different reporting options for all the transactions realized over Pratis.net through the use of e-negotiations (e-tender, e-tender collection, e-offer), e-catalogues and e-information applications that are over the platform.

Integration with ERP Systems
Our customers can integrate their ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with Pratis.Net platform. 
Pratis.Net Electronic purchasing platform uses WEB services in communicating with external systems.  Exchange of information is being realized through three main and thirteen supports, total of 16 services. When the necessary integration steps are taken, offer collections and negotiations are automatically created from Purchasing Requests and orders are created automatically in the ERP program used for the purchases that are transformed into orders.  Purchase Orders can be added. Through the Dispatch List, Invoice and Current account information integration models, the lost time in the purchasing organizations during the manual posting of dispatch list and invoice information to the ERP systems are eliminated and by providing the vendors the opportunity to trace invoice and payment information on their own (Vendor Portal) through the integration of Current Account Information, the lost time during the exchange of information is minimized.
