SAP Support and Consultation Facility

As a solution partner with more than 250 references, BIMSA established the first SAP Consultancy Support Center of Turkey in 1995 offering its customers end-to-end consultancy services on SAP applications. 

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and BI (Business Intelligence) applications allows improvements on efficiency, cost control as well as end-to-end supervision and the reports from the SAP system ensures transmission of the most accurate information rapidly to the executives. BIMSA contributes to the objectives of its customers by sharing its long history and knowledge in this area.

BIMSA adopts the principle of completing the projects in the determined scope, term and the planned budget and the company measures customer satisfaction regularly through surveys, identifies the areas of improvement within its own organizations and documents this improvement process with quality certificates.

SAP Support and Consultancy Services operate in four areas:

Project Management Office: ensures that the process for all SAP projects are carried out as planned; takes the necessary actions for the completion of the project on time and within the planned budget.

SAP Modules Consultancy: provides consultancy services on SAP, ERP modules (MM-Materials Management, PP-Production Planning, SD-Sales and Distribution, FI-Financial Accounting, CO-Cost Accounting and Control).

Business Intelligence: develops new projects and provides support and training on solutions such as SAP BW (Data Warehouse), BO (Business Objects), BPC (Budget Planning and Consolidation), GRC and HANA.

SAP Technology: performs system setup in the projects (BASIS-System Management Services); carries out development and support activities in line with the customer specific demands (ABAP Development Services) and provides consultancy services of SAP Mobile Platform products (Syclo, Fiori etc.).

SAP Support Services: provides 7/24 support, SLA-Based Intervention, Remote and Onsite Support, Effective Project/Support Management, Dedicated Resource, Reporting (Ticket) Creation, Report Analysis and Other Detailed Analysis, Continuously Developing Solution Database, SAP OSS Support services within the framework of SAP Support services with a customer-oriented approach.
